SECTION 4.0 Regraded Spoil
• In accordance with Technical Revision TR-89, approved in December 2001, regraded spoil sampling was
discontinued in Trapper Mine's Ashmore and Flintlock pits.
This step was taken because it was felt that sufficient data had been collected to conclude that unsuitable
spoils do not exist in these areas. Extensive regraded spoil sampling was conducted over many years
and no unsuitable spoil areas were ever identified in either Derringer or Flintlock pits.
