1 <br />t <br />1 <br />1 <br /> <br />EXHIBITS I & J <br />Soils and Vegetation <br />Existing soil and associated vegetation on the tract have been <br />appreciably disturbed by the mining activity. Presently all topsoil has <br />been stripped and stockpiled for use in rehabilitation. Sparse vegetation <br />on the site consists of bunch grasses and scattered weeds. Prior to <br />this operation the area was representative of the high mountain meadow <br />stream channel complex adjacent to the site. <br />The following information was supplied by the local SCS office. <br />
