(Format for suc/~ notices will be included in the letter you received from <br />the MLR staff informing you of the Completeness ("filing") of your application. <br />FINANCIAL WARRANTY <br />Prior to permit issuance, proper performance and financial warranty must be received <br />in accordance with RULE 7.
