My clients make the following objections to the application: ~/ <br />1. The application does not contain a proposed hauling road. Section 34 32.5 103, . <br />C.R.S. defines "affected land" to include private ways and roads, including off site <br />roads constructed for purposes related to the operation. My clients also object to the <br />use of County Road 613 as a proposed hauling road as being detrimental to the health, <br />safety and welfaze of my clients. <br />2.
