Upon completion of operations the access route between the quarry and the <br />processing/stockpile area shall be removed in accordance with the following <br />requirement e: <br />(1) All bermed material will be pulled back onto and evenly <br />distributed on the roadway. <br />(2) The roadway will be ripped to reduce compaction. <br />(3) Roadway will be contoured to approximate original contour <br />(drainage reestablished to natural configuration) <br />(4) Waterbars will be constructed to BLM standards. <br />(5) Roadway will be seeded in accordance with SCS seeding <br />requirements. <br />10. Drainage crossings will be constructed so as not to cause siltation or <br />accumulation of debris. Low water crossings in accordance with BLM standards <br />eF~all be utilized. <br />17.. All access roads shall have waterdipe installed and maintained in accordance <br />with BLM standards. <br />1::. Use or disposal of nuclear or hazardous materials, ae defined by the <br />Environmental Protection Agency and pertinent laws and regulations ie not <br />permitted. <br />13. Stockpiled materials shall not exceed an maximum height of 20 ft. <br />l~l. Any fuel or oil spills along with the contaminated soil will be cleaned up <br />invnediately and disposed of in an approved disposal facility. <br />
