Proposed Future Land Use <br />(Goal of reclamation) <br />EXHIBIT A -Legal Description <br />The legal description must identify the affected land and be wholly adequate for r'leld <br />location of the property. It can be in the farm of metes & bounds survey ar a <br />description by reference to township, range, and section, to at least the nearest <br />quarter-quarter section. Nhere applicable, the street address or lot number(s) may be <br />used. <br />EXHIBIT B - Mining Plan <br />This can be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, phases or stages of the <br />operation and those areas of land affected by each. The plan should be correlated with <br />the map and should show where extraction will begin, and which direction, if any, it <br />will proceed. <br />EXHIBIT C -Map ' <br />This map Should clearly define the permit boundaries and contain sufficient information <br />to determine the location of the affected land on the ground and existing and proposed <br />roads or ,access routes to be used'in connection with the mining operation. All <br />immediately ad,~acent landowners of record must be shown. The quarter section corner, <br />section line, or any other locatable points should also be shown on this map.: <br />EXHIBIT 0 -Wildlife, Water Resources, Vegetation and Soils Information -• <br />Each of the above-mentioned sub,~ects must be addressed as outlined in the applicable <br />Rule. <br />EXHIBIT E -Reclamation Plan <br /> <br />Rs with the mining plan, this should be a general discussion of the methods, equipment, <br />phases or stages of the reclamation process and those portions of land affected by each. <br />If possible. the plan should be closely correlated with the map; If not, the narrative <br />must be Comprehensive enough to draw an accurate verbal picture.of the expected <br />appearance of the area after completion of reclamation. <br />
