Apr 24 O6 10:55p PAatt Carnahan 970-884-5062 p.7
Matt Camahan
April 24, 2006
Page 2
Thus, a new surface diversion via a pump and pipeline to the proposed grave! site can be
immediately implemented to provide sufficient water for the proposed gravel operation.
Finally, Grave] has entered into a water sharing agreement with Doug Rathjen whereby
Gravel can utilize groundwater obtained from the Rathjen property on the Property. According to
hydrologyreports ofTim Decker, C.P.G., the wells onthe Rathjen property am capable ofpmducing
50-100 gpm on a continuous basis. This wafer quantity is sufficient to serve the proposed uses on
the Rathjen property, as well as the proposed gravel operation on the Property. Additionally, surface
water supp]ies can be obtained from Pine Gulch on the Rathjen property to further bolster the water
supply.
If you have questions or need additional information, please don't hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
GEOFFREY M.
