Mountain Coal Company may conduct <br />geophysical logging and/ or collect core from this project. <br />5. Utilizing drill holes as water monitoring wells. <br />Mountain Coal Company does not anticipate encotmtering any significant aquifers during <br />this drilling program. Mountain Coal Company does not intend to complete any of these <br />holes as water monitoring wells. <br />6. Maps of Project Area <br />The attached Proposed B Seam MDWs surface map at a scale of 1" = 500' depicts the <br />general locations of proposed drill pad, methane drainage well, and the new road. This <br />map also shows the proposed MDWs in relation to the land ownership, mine permit and <br />lease boundazies and other mine features. <br />7.
