[phone], filed an application to conduct surface extraction of
construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 32, Township 3. S,
Range 67. W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Weld County. The application decision is
scheduled for October 22, 1996.

Recorder's office and at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology,
