<br />8. JBCO is subject to the existing terms and conditions under the Right of Way Easement filed of <br />record. Upon your request, a copy can be obtained from CIG Land Department. <br />9. JBCO will use all reasonable means to prevent any loss or damage to CIG's pipeline resulting <br />from the construction, modification, replacement, repair, operation and maintenance of <br />JBCO mining activities. Any costs that CIG shall accrue as a result of this project shall be fully <br />reimbursable by JBCO (including but not limited to corrosion ground bed or anode relocation <br />and replacementl. <br />10. JBCO agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CIG from any damage, loss of property, injury, <br />or loss of life associated with its use, operation, and other activities over, under or across CIG's <br />existing pipeline easement. <br />Please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of these conditions by completing the signature and date <br />spaces below and returning a cony to this office.
