The Louisiana Land and Gravel Company, LLC; P. O. Box 8419, Clinton, LA 70722, Phone
Number [phone], has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials
Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd under
provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials.
The proposed mine is known as the ANGIE PIT, and is located at or neaz Section 1Q Township
45 North, Range 14 West, N.M. Prime Meridian.
The proposed date of commencement is July 1, 2000 and the proposed date ofcompletion is July,
