water resources engineering. Mr. May IIlay testify regarding surface and groundwater
resources in the area of the applicant's property, the potential for the proposed activities
to impact surface and groundwater, the measures that are available to mitigate such
potential impacts, and compliance with applicable MLRB Rules and Regulations.
