Mined Land Reclamation
November 10, 1980
Re: Suppi
Page 2

2. The complete address of the applicant is 5601 York Street.
This address is in an unincorporated portion of Adams County.
For mailing purposes"Commerce City (zip code)80022"is used.
3. I do have a copy of the application in question.
Exhibit B
1. There is presently a road to the site in question. The
applicant would estimate the width of the road to be approxi-
mately 20 feet and approximately 40 yards long.
;-2: A "load of sand" is 12 to 20 cubic yards each, depending on
the truck being utilized to carry the load. Two different
trucks are utilized: one with the capacity of 12 cubic yards;
the other with the capacity of 20 cubic yards. Accordingly,
the average load of sand is 16 cubic yards.
3. There is the temporary stockpiling of the material at the
business location of the Applicant in Adams County. All of
the sand is eventually used for commercial purposes,i.e. as potting
soil for plants. There is no stockpiling of the material at
the Weld County site.
4. The lifespan of the operation will be that period of time suf-
ficient to flatten the hill in question.
5. All of the material that is removed is commercially marketable.
Exhibit D
1. (The Division of Wildlife Inventory enclosed herewith).
2. To the best knowledge and belief of the Applicant, the rye is
planted annually. I am attempting to obtain a letter from
Mr. Amato, the farmer who plants the rye, to provide me with
more specifics. During the period of the operation, the
agricultural activities on the "affected land" will be disrupted.
Following the completion of the operation, however, the surface
will be smoothed so that farming equipment can once again be
utilized on it without difficulty.
