Since our eventual mining plan is to leave the slope in terraces, t3~e
additional cost of the reclamation plan would be to place and spread
the fine material, fertilize and seed. We have a quotation of $390..00
per acre for fertilizing, seeding and mulching. This would consist of
the following per acre:
5 pounds Western Wheat Grass
5 pounds Intermediate Grass
5 pounds Russian Wild Rye
3 pounds White Dutch Clover
10 pounds Streambank Lfieat Grass
50 pounds Nitrogen (available)
a
250 pounds Super Phosphate
1.5 tons Mulching Hay
The cost of placing and spreading the fine material to a depth of

or $430.00 per acre. Since a considerable amount of this work, however,
will be accomplished during the processing and mining of the aggregate,
