EXHIB IT "H"

Since our eventual mining plan is to leave the slope in terraces, t3~e
additional cost of the reclamation plan would be to place and spread
the fine material, fertilize and seed. We have a quotation of $390..00
per acre for fertilizing, seeding and mulching. This would consist of
the following per acre:
5 pounds Western Wheat Grass
5 pounds Intermediate Grass
5 pounds Russian Wild Rye
3 pounds White Dutch Clover
10 pounds Streambank Lfieat Grass
50 pounds Nitrogen (available)
a
250 pounds Super Phosphate
1.5 tons Mulching Hay
The cost of placing and spreading the fine material to a depth of
~ ~,irwti• IS''~°1'
12" _ ,150 Cu. Yds. per acre at an estimated cost of 20~ per Cu,,.Y<l.
or $430.00 per acre. Since a considerable amount of this work, however,
will be accomplished during the processing and mining of the aggregate,
it should not be considered as an actual cost but subsidiary to the min-
ing operation. We are estimating cost per acre of $800.00 for reclamation.
~.
,.
