COOLEY RESERVOIIt AND FULTON WILDLIFE AREA PIT OTHER RELEVANT SITE INFORMATION Cultural Resources - Clearance on Cultural Resources from the Colorado Historical Society is included as page 3 of this section. Traffic - A copy of the cover letter from the Traffic Impact Report is included as pages 4-7 of this section. In preparing the MLRB permit application, various agencies were contacted preliminarily for their input. All were sent a copy of the Slope Stability Analysis, and comments received to date are as follows: CDOT - CDOT's letter on the project is attached as page 8 of this section. CDOT had no objection, except to request that any impact on drainage facilities on 104'r Avenue (SH44) be addressed. These comments will be addressed by TuttleApplegate in the preparation of their studies necessary to excavate within 400' of the S. Platte River. Adams County- The Adams County Department of Public Work's comment that they had no objection to the project's setbacks from County Roads is attached as page 9 of this section. Corp of Engineers- The Department of Army's Corp of Engineers commented in the attached October 28, 1998 letter attached as page 10 of this section, that they would require a formal wetlands inventory. Per this comment, CAMAS has contacted for such an inventory to be completed. Public Service Co.- Provided an application form for application for processing to allow the slurry wall to cross PSCo. right-of--way in two places. PSCo. personnel indicated they felt the request was reasonable and could probably be processed favorably in several months time. CAMAS has initiated this application process. Fulton Ditch Co.- Several meetings have been held on setback from the Fulton Ditch and permission for the conveyor to cross the Ditch Company's property, the meetings have been positive, and CAMAS personnel are continuing to meet the Fulton Ditch Company on these items.
