All review and discussion tune periods as provided for oy the Act and the Rules d Reyulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by Julv 18. 1983 that you wish a later filing date, as per amended KULE 1.1(lU) of the aforementioned Rules s Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning compliance with local government zoning, as well. The tentative date for consideration of your application Dy the i4ined Land Reclamation Board is September 21-22, 1983• You should commence puolication of a notice of the filing o this app ication accordingly (see reverse side for notice format). Notice requirements can be found in RULE 2.2 Because the date for consideration may be subject to revision, please do not include it in your notice. For Limited Impact permit applications, the final date for filing of objections, which must be stated in the publication, must be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. You must also place a copy of this application for public review, less confidential items, with the Fremont County Clerk and Recorder. Any subsequent changes or additions to the copl~e~ile in our offices must also oe made in this local government copy.
