Long <br />Division Director <br />Re: Notice of Informal Conference, 1 l2c Permit Application, File M-]999-1 l7, Colorado Gravel Products Pit. <br />Dear Board of Supervisors, <br />Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 1.4.6, the Division shall schedule an Informal Conference when a written <br />objection has been received before the close of the public comment period, in regard to a Regular (112c) Permit <br />Application. The Division has received a timely, written objection to the above-named application, and is therefore <br />scheduling an Informal Conference which will include the applicant and the objector. <br />Pursuant to Construction Materials Rule 1.6. I(3), the Division is required to provide notice to you regarding the <br />Informal Conference. You are hereby notified that the Division of Minerals and Geology will hold a rescheduled <br />Informal Conference regarding the above-named application on Monday, April l0, 2000, at 2:00 a.m., via <br />telephone conference call, to be arranged by this office.
