The revision application has been found complete. <br />Therefore, the Division will post a notice of the application in the Division <br />office. The Division will make a decision within ten days of the above date. <br />The primary concern which the Division has regards the loss of material from <br />• the windrowed topsoil. The Division believes that a small berm or ditch, as <br />appropriate, surrounding the stockpiled topsoil is necessary to protect this <br />material from loss to erosion.
