Enclosed please find the proposed <br />plan, submitted for your approval for implementation <br />during the 1981 field season. <br />The proposed plan is designed to be inserted in Tab 13 of <br />the permit application upon approval. Since this plan is <br />an addition to the Reclamation Plan, it is being submitted <br />as a Minor Revision (No. 25) to Permit C-80-005.
