<br />West End Gravel Company, Inc., of Post Otree Box 618, ~

<br />2177, has filed an application for a Reclamation Perrnh with
<br />the Cobredo Mined Reclamation Board under provisions of
<br />the Cobredo Land Reclamation Aet for the Extraction of
<br />Construction Materials. The proposed mine is known as
<br />Weimar One Gravel, and Is located within Section 15, Tier
<br />46 North, Range 15 West, New Mexico (1091) Principal
<br />Meridian, Montrose County, Colorado.
<br />The proposed date of commencement Is April 12, 2001, and
<br />the proposed date of completion is the year 2009. The
<br />proposed future use of the land is rangeland.

<br />be obtained from the Division of Minerals and Geology,
