Construction Materials Operation Reclamation Permit must mail the published notice of a
submitted application to all surface and sub-surface owners of record within two hundred feet of
the lands affected.

2171, has filed an application for a Reclamation Permit with
the Cobredo Mined Reelamatlon Board under provisons of
the Colorado Land_Raclemation Act Tor the Extraction of
Construetan Materials. The proposed mine is known as
Weirtrer One Gravel, and is located within Section 18, Tler
IB North, Range 16 West, New Mexiw (10"') Principal
Meridian, Montrose County, Colorado.
The proposed date of eommeneameM Is April 12, 2001, and
the proposed data of completion Is the year 2009. The
proposed future use of the land is rangeland.
