Bill Schell and I represent Thomas Mars who owns property <br />that is surrounded by the project. Mr. Mars is concerned about potential impacts on his property <br />resulting from the project throughout the mining phases and after completion <br />Access to his property is one of Mr. Mars's concerns. Karen Flanders of Tetra Tech indicated <br />that other than for short periods to construct flumes Tucson Road will remain open to Mr. Mars's <br />property at all times during construction from the north or south or both. <br />Mr. Mars has an interes[ in a well on his property (State Engineer's Office Permit 13698-F and <br />indicated on the Permit Application Exhibit G titled Water Supply Wells and Motdtoring Wells) <br />and is concerned about potential groundwater effects of the mining operations and subsequent <br />reservoirs located on the project site <br />Mr. Mars is also concerned about effects of mining operations and subsequent reservoirs on the <br />stability of all strata on his property and on the wildlife in the vicinity. <br />Please include Mr. Mars in the permit review process with regard to addressing his concerns and <br />any other impacts you discover that may effect his property and the water well located on it. <br />
