Mr. Squire had previously agreed to an <br />extension of the original decision date to November 9, however he was not in the office yesterday to <br />receive the responses, and I believe that in any case he would have needed more time to review the <br />responses before today's decision. <br />As we discussed by telephone yesterday, Aggregate Industries wishes to waive the November 9, 2000 <br />decision date.
