The operation is not within the bounds of the Soil <br />Conservation District in Costilla County. However, a letter will <br />author to the Costilla Soil Conservation District Board and <br />verification of receipt be provided by fax on August 25, 1995. <br />Enclosed are photographs indicating compliance with notice <br />requirements according to the provisions of the rules and an <br />affidavit is attached for the Division. <br />I hope this information meets the requirements as they relate <br />to this file M-94-103 application.
