Permit Date: September 23, 2003 <br />Permit No: M-2001-063 <br />The following additional stipulations and conditions form an integral part of the foregoing permit: <br />Stipulation No. Description <br />1 The permitted operator will not conduct any mining or reclamation activities within that <br />portion of the permitted area which is managed by the Bureau of Land Management, until such time that the <br />permitted operator provides satisfactory documentation to the Division which clearly demonstrates his legal <br />right-of--entry to that area for purposes of mining and reclaiming.
