<br />' EXFIIBIT "G" <br />4~1TER INFORMATION <br />' The affected surface water system consists of the Colorado River. The <br />dewatering discharge wi].1 be pumped to the Colorado River. It is anticipated <br />that impacts to the abrne mentioned system will be minimal. <br />Prior to submitting this application an application for a NPDES Discharge <br />' Permit was filed with tree Colorado Department of Health. Previous experience <br />with gravel pit discharge effluent indicates that conq~liance will not be a problem. <br />The owner of the site currently has title to 20.5 shares of Larkin Ditch <br />' Company stock. A porticm of this water will be used to control dust during mining <br />operations. Estimated waster requirements of approximately 800 gpm are necessary <br />for gravel washing. This flow rate is required for approximately 7 hours a day, <br />5 days per week, 4 months per year. The owner will offer a portion of his ditch <br />water for gravel washing. <br />Storm water runoff' is not a problem. Since tributary water courses are not <br />t present on the site aryl all disturbed areas and stockpiles will be contoured to <br />drain into the excavaticT area. <br />' Active water wells are not present in or arourrl the affected area. <br />Material injury to senior water rights is not anticipated in the mining <br />' aryl reclamation phases of this project.
