Box 841, Canon City, CO 81215-0841; (719) 275-3264, 51ed an application to wnduct <br />Surface extraction of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 12, Township 195, Range 70W, <br />6th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. Please be advised that the permit amz may be located in more than one <br />Section, Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for March 21, 2001. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorders office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper pubhcation date. If we do no[ receive your wmments or any abjection by the end <br />of the public commerrt period, the Office will assume you have no objection or commem to the proposed activity. <br />
