adequate Notice of Intent to Explore in accordance with the RDles and Regu-
lations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division for Coal I+lining,
adopted in accordance with the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act,
C.R.S. 34-33-101 et seq. The Division furtner finds that the proposed project
qualifies as coal exploration ~(a)* with substantial disturbance, or
(b)* without substantial dtsturbance to the land, and tnat all perfonnance
bond requirements, if any, have been satisfied.
The current reclamation bond No. 4-27-09 is sufficient to cover these activities.
