Oringdulph, <br />Your company being in the process of secuxity a permit <br />to continue your open pit mining operation in Costilla Cou- <br />nty, near Ivfesita, this office offers the following comments, <br />You have a copy and have reviewed the Costilla County <br />Land Use and IJevelopment Code which addresses a section to <br />open pit mining and the reclamation requirements. <br />The location of the operation is in an arid and very <br />sparsley vegatative area.
