<br />Exhibit E - Mining Reclamation Plan <br />u <br />Because of the type of mining operation, a reliable <br />time table for reclamation cannot be given. <br />At present time our plan for reclamation of the affected <br />area is as follows: <br />(1) As the deposit is exhausted, grading and filling <br />with rejects or scoria fines will take place. <br />(2) Slopes will be less than 2 to 1 <br />(3) The area will be left to reseed with natural <br />plant and vegatation cover that is native to <br />the area. <br />(a) The operator sees no need to plant any type <br />vegetation,time has shown that the existing <br />vegetation will reproduce in the existing <br />product or soils. Even to the extent of <br />taking root in existing mining area. <br />
