Management for wildlif should <br />include protection from overgrazing, maintaining areas with pin on and <br />juniper trees, and protection from unplanned fires. <br />Shallow depth to bedrock, steep slope, and high shrink-swe 1 are the <br />primary limiting soil features when planning for the constructi n of homes <br />and other community developments. The foundations of buildings should be <br />designed [o compensate for [he high shrink-swell feature of thi~ soil. The <br />depth [o bedrock and slopes should be considered Sn designing Mach fields <br />or sewage lagoons.
