<br />EXHIBIT E <br />~~ <br /> <br />The proposed mining site is relatively flat with no drainage <br />ditches, steams or ponds. The area surrounding the site has <br />no man made buildings, bridges, wells, pipelines, cemetaries <br />or communication antennas. The only ditches, railroad <br />tracks or utilities lines are noted on the Mining Map. <br />RECLAMATION PLAN <br />1. The embankments of the pit will be backsloped per Soil <br />Conservation Districts recommendations. <br />2. Area will be covered with dirt or fine material and then <br />seeded to grass per Soil Conservation Districts <br />recommendations. No shrubs or trees are planned. <br />3. At this time no definite plans are for ponds. <br />4. If additional overburden is needed, the materials can be <br />obtained from the County"s Del Norte site. <br />5. The thickness of replaced topsoil will be from 8 to 14 <br />inches. <br />
