EXHIBIT "C"
Attached are maps, Exhibit "C-1" showing, in relation to Map "B",
existing roads, canals, telephone lines, wells, water lines and structures,
as well as stockpiles of materials presently existing on the site.
Other than the Denver Board of Water Commissioners' Highline Canal
which borders the property on the East, there are no creeks or rivers
within 200 feet of the property in any direction. Plum Creek, East of
the property, 50 feet below the existing floor of the gravel plt in
elevation, is at its nearest point to the property 1250', and is the
nearest watercourse to the property other than the Highline Canal. (See
Map "A" and Map "C-2")
There are no oil and gas lines on the property nor within 200 feet
of the property in any direction.
Fences exist on the property to the east, separating the Highline
Canal from the property and along the North section line.
Exhibit "C-2" is a locational map, the same as the map found in
Exhibit "A" with delineation below that map of the adjacent property
owners and their addresses.
EXHIBIT "C" - Map Narrative
