Dept. of Natural Resources <br />The property affected will be a parcel of 9 acres, the 9 acres <br />located mostly in the Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 19, <br />Township 6 South, Range 68, West of the 6th Principal Meridian, located <br />in Douglas County, Colorado. The affected 9 acre parcel is within an <br />approximate 72 acre parcel owned by the owner, operator and applicant, <br />James D. Braley, d/b/a Braley Sand 8 Gravel. <br />The legal description of the larger parcel in which the smaller <br />effected parcel is located is legally described as: <br />Situate in the County of Douglas and State of Colorado: <br />The NEl/4 of Section 19, Township 6 South, Range 68 West of the 6th <br />P.M.; <br />EXCEPT the South 660 feet of said NE1/4; and <br />EXCEPT that portion of said NE1/4 North and East of and including <br />the Denver Water Board Highline Canal right of way condemned by the <br />Department of Army Corps of Engineers for the Chatfield Dam, Federal <br />District Court, Action No. C-1223; and <br />EXCEPT for that portion of said NE1/4 described by a Deed recorded <br />December 19, 1968, to Albert C. Enax and Margaret E.
