relayering of topsoil over nine (9) acres
of the site trom stripping of topsoil off
of bluff or crest immediately to the West

B. Discing or harrowing the site once it is
properly sloped and relayered with top-
soil to prepare for revegetation;
Seeding by way of drilling or, on embank-
ment, spreading by broadcast (1f broad-
cast spreading subsequent, discing or

Drilling wheat in the three (3) acres
