• <br />This notice will be published in The Valley Courier newspaper <br />on May 4, 1995. <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Daniel M. Russell, 9042 South 106 Road, Alamosa, Colorado 81101, has filed <br />an application for a Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act. The proposed mine is known as the Bachus Pit, and is located in the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 37 north, Range 10 East, New <br />Mexico Principal Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is June 1, 1995, and the proposed date of <br />completion is June 1, 2005. The proposed future use of the land is <br />rangeland. Additional information and tentative decision date may be <br />obtained from the Divisions of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866-3567, or at the Alamosa County <br />Clerk and Recorder's office at 402 Edison, Alamosa, Colorado 81101, or the <br />above-named applicant. <br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology by 4:00 P.M. on May 15, 1995. <br />
