•
Southwestern Willow Flycatcher. His only concern was that the
proposed development be kept out of the identified riparian areas.
No development, as proposed at this time, will come within 1.5
miles of the identified areas.
CONCLUSIONS
In light of the field survey results conducted in October and
November of 1995, existing Agency data indicating no sightings of
the four species in question in the study area, the previous
disturbance of the area and existing land use in the surrounding
area, Enviro25 in concurrence with the Colorado Division of
Wildlife and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service finds no
significant effects of the proposed development as affects the four
threatened or endangered avian species in question.
Enviro25 has conducted this wildlife survey using accepted methods
for detection of the species of concern. With concurrence from the
regulatory agencies, it is postulated that the Bowie Resources Ltd.
development in this area will not affect the threatened species
• identified to be at possible risk in this Study Area.
Susan A. Summers,Ph.D
President
-,~
