2.04.8 -CLIMATOLOGICAL INFORMATION <br />Site-specific data on the climate at the mine site are not available. <br />However, temperature and precipitation data has been recorded for the <br />Fort Lewis Station, approximately five miles west of the recording station. <br />Prevailing wind data is not recorded at the Fort Lewis Station but is <br />available from the La Plata County (Durango) Regional Airport. All data <br />in this section is from the summaries at http://www.wrcc.dri.edu/cgi- <br />bin.
