As such, he is responsible for construction and <br />maintenance of roads. These operations require the mining of sand <br />and gravel, one of such mining operations of which is the subject of <br />the referenced permit application. <br />Although they do not wish to give a lease at this time, they stated <br />that we could use it for as long as we wished, therefore giving us <br />the legal right to enter and mine the premises which are the subject <br />of t:he application. <br />truly youFs, <br />I ~~ <br />jl~ <br />li~ <br />i~ <br />The owners of the land affected by the mining operations have granted <br />their oral permission to the County for such operations. Compensation <br />wi1:L be paid at the rate of $.15 per yard for sand and gravel removed. <br />
