Historic Use Analvsis of Bruneardt Farms Irrigation Well
Leaf was the Principal consultant to Brungardt Farms, near Bruch Colorado, in an evaluation of
the historic use of an irrigation well. The Brungardt Farm adjudicated a water right in Division I
Water Court.
Historic Use analysis of the Davis Brothers Ditch
Leaf was the Principal consultant to Howard Hettinger, near Merino Colorado, for the evaluation
of the historic use of the Davis Brothers Ditch and alternate point of diversion of the Davis
Brothers shares through existing irrigation wells. This application is currentl}~ pending in
Division I Water Court.
Draw-down Analvsis of Alluvial ~~'ell near Illiff
Leaf was the Principal consultant to VonSeggem Land and Cattle Company in llliff for a well to
well draw-down analysis of a new well installed by the cattle company. The VonSeggem Land
and Cattle Co. adjudicated a water right in Division I Water Court.
Alternate Point of Diversion for Davis Brothers Ditch Wells
Leaf developed plans for the APD pumping of wells under the Davis Brothers Ditch. The Davis
Brothers Ditch river headgate is no longer operational. The APD pumping allows the wells to
divert the senior decrees of the Davis Brothers Ditch through the irrigation Wells.
Alternate Point of Diversion for Schneider Ditch Wells
Leaf developed plans for the APD pumping of wells under the Schneider Ditch. The APD
pumping allows the wells to divert the senior decrees of the Schneider Ditch through the
irrigation Wells.
Comprehensive Land Use Plan for Moark Hatcheries. LLP.
Leaf developed a land use plan for an egg washing facility and ],000,000 egg la}'ing facilit}~ in
Roggen. Leaf developed the conceptual waste-water treatement and manure management plan
for the facility and represented the applicant in the Weld County Use by Special Review process.
Leaf also obtained a ISDS waste-water discharge permit from the Colorado Department of Public
Health and Envirnorunent.
