Whitaker <br />Sildlife Program Specialist <br />SUBJ: Tucker Construction Company, aggregate application <br />File Ii80-2 <br />Our regional biologist has reviewed the above-referenced application <br />and visited the proposed mine site. He approves of the reclamation <br />plan and seed mixture and feels that the wildlife data is correct. <br />We would recommend that if any riparian vegetation is encountered <br />in the mine area, it either be avoided or replaced with the same <br />nature species. <br />/d <br />cc: D.
