<br />Cotter Corporation <br /> <br />The following items are a summary of the topics identified as those <br />requiring the submission of additional information during the August 27th <br />meeting between Cotter Corporation and representatives of the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board. <br />1. Describe the pre-mining characteristics of ground water <br />(i. e., quantity and quality). <br />2. Draft an overlay map showing the location of drainage <br />controls (i. e., diversion berms around open pit and waste <br />dump). Also include a description of the basis for the <br />design of water diversion berms (i. e., runoff curve <br />numbers, etc.). <br />3. A discussion of the post-mining hydrology of the pit area and <br />the southern section of the waste dump with emphasis on the <br />methods to be used to re-establish and stabilize drainage. <br />4. Using the lithic and gamma logs, state the post-mining <br />hydrology of the backfilled pit. <br />5. Discuss the basis used to determine pit wall stability. <br />6. Discuss the methodology to be employed as part of the test <br />plot and identify areas available for reclamation on the <br />mine plan maps studies. <br />7.
