Some <br />minor changes may be made in assignments for the up-coming adequacy review, <br />but in general, these should be the sections you will be responsible for <br />throughout the review. <br />During the completeness review any incomplete or potential problem sections <br />should be carefully noted. For incomplete sections, identify the regulatory <br />citation, the problem, the section in the application (if applicable), and <br />the information required to complete it using the following format: <br />Rule 2.05.3(4) - Ponds, Impoundments, Diversions <br />The applicant does not provide design criteria for the mine water ponds. <br />To complete the application, designs for all mine water ponds must be <br />included in the application. <br />If you note any adequacy problems, please write them separately using the <br />above format. Also, based on your completeness review, please let me know <br />approximately how much time will be required to finish an adequacy review <br />of your assigned sections. <br />All completeness reviews must be completed and given to me by 12:00 p.m., <br />December 6, 1982. You may submit hand written responses (if legible) or <br />typed responses, at your discretion. Please let me know if you will have <br />problems meeting this deadline before the 11th hour so we can make the <br />necessary review adjustments. <br />/ep <br />
