Please be advised that the Division may <br />identify additional adequacy issues during the formal adequacy review <br />following the completeness determination. <br />Right of Entrv and Uoeration Information - Rule 2.03.6 <br />1. In the description of documents upon which the applicant bases its legal <br />right of entry, no execution dates for the documents were given. These must <br />be included in the application. <br />Identification of Other Licenses and Permits -Rule 2.03.10 <br />1. Several places in the application refer to an emission permit <br />application. The emissions permit application must be included in the MLR <br />permit application. <br />Cultural and Historic Resource Information - Rule 2.04.4 <br />1. It is apparent from the application that site 5RT13 will not be directly <br />impacted by the mining operation. However, the application should include a <br />discussion of any measures necessary to protect the site from indirect impacts. <br />Climatological Information - Rule 2.04.8 <br />1. It appears that a meteorological station has been maintained on the <br />proposed permit area.
