Shelton <br />Director <br />This letter transmits approval by the Mined Land Reclamation staff for <br />the above referenced technical revision. This decision will be ratified <br />by the Mired Land Reclamation Board at the January, 1981 meeting. <br />The bond for this refuse pile was calculated at $12,500.00, however, <br />pursuant to your. Zetter dated December 18, 1980, the $18,500.00 reclamation <br />bond for the railroad loadout is applied toward the refuse pile. and <br />no disturbance may occur at the Zoadout until the existing bo-,d is <br />increased by $12,500.00. <br />The $12,500.00 bond was calculated by the following procedure: <br />I. Topsoil 3,081 cu. yd. <br />2. Seeding and mulching <br />3. Fovr feet of non-toxic, <br />nun-combustible cover <br />12,000 cu. yd. @ $0.60/cu <br />4.
