As you are no doubt <br />aware, we have been actively pursuing securing coal contracts <br />for this operation through shipments of coal to prospective <br />customers for test burns. If our coal meets the needs of <br />these customers and upon acceptance of a contract, it will <br />become necessary to commence full scale operations. <br />Therefore, it is imperative that we move forward, with <br />diligence, to resolution of the outstanding issues so that <br />the permit application may be approved. <br />Our responses to the stipulations addressed in the Draft <br />Finding Document were submitted to the Division on July 16, <br />1982. We respectfully request that the Division work with <br />our staff to resolve any outstanding concerns by August 20, <br />1982. <br />We look forward to working with the Division to achieve <br />timely approval of the permit application.
