Disturbed area shall not exceed 0.6 acres. <br />2. Coal storage shall not exceed 5,000 tons at anytime. <br />3. Rock storage shall not exceed 5,000 tons at anytime. <br />4. Access roads and areas surrounding the storage piles shall be watered during <br />periods of heavy vehicular activities if excessive dust emissions are <br />present. <br />5. Particulate emissions shall not exceed 17.5 tons/yr.
