Mills: <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Division has recently received the <br />attached correspondence from Holland and Hart who represent the Victor <br />American Fuel Company. In the attached correspondence, Holland and Hart <br />allege that Trinidad Basin Nining does not have the legal right-to-enter and <br />mine coal 1n specified areas of Sec. 15, T31S, R65N, of the 6 P.M. 7n Las <br />Animas County, Colorado. Also within this correspondence tt is alleged that <br />the leases presented by Trinidad Basin Nininq, in their 1981 permit <br />appltcatlon to mine .coal, are tnvalld and do not apply to the areas in which <br />mining 15 proposed to occur.
