CYCC is proposing two permanent impoundments. The Energy No. 3 <br />impoundment is to be filled with 100,000 yd3 of spoil. Map 10 does not <br />show any material going into the pond. Where will the fill material come <br />from? The spoil material going into the proosed permanent impoundment <br />needs to be included in the material balance calculations and shown on <br />Map 10. A discussion of the backfilling and grading of the impoundments <br />should be included in the backfilling section of the permit application, <br />as well as Exhibit 3. <br />RSSPONSS: <br />A response for this sectioa caa be found under question 6 of <br />the permanent impoundment section. The backfilling of the <br />impoundments will be mentioned under the backfilling section in the <br />permit application on revised pages 2.05-65a and 2.05-65a'. <br />Bonding - Rule 2.05.4(2)(b) and Rule 3 <br />1. The bonding calculations are based on four areas. These should be <br />located on a map and referenced in the calculations. <br />-42- <br />
