Please be advised that the Division will <br />render a proposed decision on or before August 5, 1986. <br />After reviewing the Certificate of Insurance issued by the Bituminous Company, <br />the Division has the following two concerns. <br />1. Rule 2.03.9(1) specifies a minimum coverage of E300,000,00 for each <br />occurrence and E500,000.00 aggregate for bodily injury and a minimum <br />coverage of E300,000.00 for each occurrence and E500,000.00 aggregate <br />for property damage. The Certificate of Insurance specifies an <br />insurance coverage for bodily injury and property damage combined of <br />5500,000.00 for each occurrence and E500,000.00 aggregate~lue Flame <br />needs to amend this insurance policy to comply with the above cited <br />specifications. <br />2. The cancellation clause does not comply with the requirements of <br />Rule 2.03.9(3).
